Membangun Desa Batu Tuhup melalui Kolaborasi Multipihak dan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat

Abstract


Sustainable village development required collaboration among local actors to respond to diverse community needs and strengthen local capacity. This community service aimed to describe the conditions, potentials, and needs of the community and to examine multiparty collaboration, participation, empowerment, and program sustainability in Batu Tuhup Village, Murung Raya, Central Kalimantan. A Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach was applied through needs identification, coordination, program implementation, mentoring, and observation involving KKN students, village government, community groups, educational institutions, TPA, Posyandu, youth organizations, and community leaders. The activities addressed education, Qur’anic learning, health, agriculture, environmental activities, youth engagement, and social activities. The results showed increased participation and enthusiasm among children and TPA students, more active youth involvement, stronger community participation, and the continuation of several local activities after the KKN period. The findings indicated that multiparty collaboration strengthened community participation and supported locally sustained empowerment.
