Peternakan Semiorganik Ramah Lingkungan sebagai Implementasi Teopreneurship dan Ekoteologi

Abstract


Livestock farming in Bahal Batu I Village, Siborongborong District, North Tapanuli Regency is still largely managed traditionally and by free grazing, so it has not optimally supported animal protein needs or household income. This community service activity aimed to improve the knowledge and awareness of the community regarding environmentally friendly semi-organic livestock farming while cultivating the values of theopreneurship and ecotheology. The activity was carried out by the Master of Theology Study Program of the State Christian Institute of Tarutung on 13 August 2025 at the GKI Sumut Building in Bahal Batu I Village, using a community education method consisting of extension, a resource person presentation, and a question and answer discussion attended by 25 participants from lecturers, students, and villagers. The results show increased understanding of semi-organic livestock practices, growing ecotheological awareness in caring for the environment, and stronger partnership between the university and the village community as capital for developing sustainable livestock enterprises.
